Las Grutas is one of the main turistic destinatons of Río Negro.
It possesses a great biodiversity where stand out the only
species of Sea horses of Argentina (being also the most
austral species of seahorse of the world) and the arrival of
the austral whale and dolphins between july and november. It
has also a permanent colony of 2500 magellanic penguins,
marine wolves and birds.
The transparent ocean waters
protected by the Gulf of San Matías, an access road in perfect
conditions with a panoramic view of the Gulf and an asphalted
promenade road makes Las Grutas a perfect scenario for
triathlon. |
